Four roles, and who holds each

TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. holds the first three roles itself. The fourth sits with carriers, who are named rather than described as "our shipping partners".

Everything sold is a dietary supplement for adults. None of it is medicine and none of it is offered as a treatment.

The short answer

Role 1 · Seller

Contracting and payment

Takes the order, charges the card and is the party to the contract of sale. The name that appears on your statement is this one, so it can be looked up.

Answerable for prices, refunds, the return window and everything in the terms.

Role 2 · Product

Specification and release

Sets the formula, qualifies suppliers, and decides whether a batch is released or destroyed after outside laboratory testing.

Answerable for what is in the bottle, for the label, and for any withdrawal.

Role 3 · Data

Controller of personal information

Decides what personal information is collected and why, including consent for the text programme. A data request is answered here rather than passed around.

Answerable for access, correction and deletion requests, and for the Privacy policy.

Role 4 · Carriage

Despatch and delivery

Parcels travel with national carriers. They are our contractors, not your counterparty, so a delivery problem is still ours to fix.

A carrier that loses a parcel does not end our obligation; we replace or refund and pursue the claim ourselves.

Larger sizes cost less per day because they cost less to fill and to ship. Nothing is held back for people who hand over an email address.

Ordering and safety

How to order, and how to take it

Orders go to +1 (469) 498-1986 or to support@twomarkuplabs.com during Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Central. Name the line and the size; we confirm the lot in stock and the total including carriage before anything is charged, and we say which entity the charge will appear under.

We charge once and hold nothing after settlement. We email the confirmation immediately and the tracking when the carrier takes it. Order correspondence never leaves by text.

Suggested use

Follow the suggested use printed on the pack. Where pack and page differ, the pack governs and the page is corrected.
Adults eighteen and over.
Do not exceed the suggested use.
Discuss it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, and certainly if you take prescription medication, are managing a condition, or are pregnant or nursing.
Should anything not agree with you, stop and speak to someone qualified. Observe the expiry.
