TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. is the contracting entity for everything sold at twomarkuplabs.com. It takes your order, charges your card, ships the goods and answers for them. Where another company in the group does part of the work, the structure page names it and says what it is answerable for.
This is ordinary information that is oddly hard to find. A shopper who has a problem should not have to work out, from a refund receipt, which entity to write to.

Why it matters
Four things that go wrong when the entity is unclear
None of this is theoretical. Each one is a routine consumer problem made worse by not knowing who to address.

Publishing this does not make us better at any of it. It makes us addressable, which is a lower bar and one worth clearing in public.
Limits
What corporate clarity does not buy you
Items in the Group Range range are dietary supplements. Under United States law they are not drugs, and no amount of disclosure changes that. We do not claim that anything sold here:
- diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition;
- replaces a prescribed medicine or a clinician's judgement;
- works within a stated period or to a stated degree;
- is clinically proven, where the evidence is a single small trial on one ingredient;
- is safe taken alongside your prescriptions, which only your own clinician can weigh.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Discuss it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, and certainly if you take prescription medication, are managing a condition, or are pregnant or nursing. It is not intended for anyone under the age of eighteen.

A text when something changes hands
Lines move between entities in a group, and new ones are released. Those are the two things worth telling anybody about, and they are all this list carries.
